Known online as Pinkelarue, the online bingo player was apparently lost for words when asked what her real name was by 888 Ladies interviewer Agent 008.
According to the interviewer, the lucky numbers game player had to pass the phone over to her niece because she was shaking so badly.
The win was an emotional one for all concerned and the interviewer was reportedly almost in tears by the end of the phone call.
