Girls Aloud member Sarah Harding has revealed she would like to be in a costume drama one day.

In an interview with GQ magazine, the 27-year-old said she always wants to do something different with her life.

However, the singer also indicated that she is prone to mood swings, which may not be the best of news for her band mates as they approach the start of their UK tour later this month.

She told the magazine: "There are different sides to me. I am an excited puppy or a dead dog. I have big fat bursts of energy and then I can be really moody."

Harding will be teaming up with Cheryl Cole et al for Girls Aloud’s Out of Control tour, which will promote their new album of the same name.

Earlier this year, Girls Aloud picked up the Brit Award for Best British Single, The Promise.
