Manley calls bingo numbers
Peter Manley is well known for trying to find bullseye, but last weekend he was calling eyes down for bingo.
The darts pro was in south-west England for a special charity event and ended up getting involved in a numbers game session, reports the Cornishman.
While at the Community Centre in Ludgvan, where he took part in a darts competition with local players, Manley was asked to be the bingo MC for the evening.
He took to the stage and announced the digits, before handing out a number of prizes to those who called house.
Sue Rowe, the manager of the community centre, said: “It was an absolutely fantastic evening. It was one of the best nights we’ve ever had here.”
Manley, who comes from Cumbria, is taking part in the Darts World Championship this month.
Phil ‘The Power’ Taylor is the bookies’ favourite to claim the title and he told Sky Sports News last week that he is feeling fit and confident about winning the event.
