NBGA set to take Bingo Break nationwide

The National Bingo Gaming Association’s (NBGA) subsidiary company Meeron is aiming to establish the new Bingo Break game across the UK by the summer of 2009.

On March 2nd, 15 bingo halls are scheduled to start offering the new form of the popular numbered-ball pastime, adding to the 20 clubs already providing it.

Described as a low-cost game, Bingo Break was launched in 13 venues nationwide last year and a further seven last month.

Participants in the fresh version of the popular hobby can win from £5 up to £1,000, while there is also a rolling top prize dished out for achieving a full house.

“As this alternative style of game becomes more popular with customers and clubs alike, the NBGA plans to launch further new-style games throughout 2009,” the association’s website states.

Bingo Break gives players “a greater offering at their local clubs”, the portal adds.

In other bingo news this month, online numbers game site Game Village Bingo announced its first winner as MichaelMouse – the player pocketed more than £2,000.
