Betfred Bingo is giving online bingo players the chance to get their hands on a £250 prize, just in time for spring.

Anybody who spends £25 real cash on bingo tickets between March 1st and March 19th will be entered into a prize draw for the three-figure sum.

With the end of winter imminent, the portal is advertising the promotion as an opportunity to win £250 for a spring makeover – money that may provide a timely boost to the lucky winner with the UK still stuck in recession.

"Whether you want to hit Ikea and give your home a bit of a spring clean makeover, or you’d rather hit the high street and spring clean your wardrobe, Betfred Bingo [is] offering £250 to one lucky winner to spend, spend, spend," the site explains.

The cash winner will be drawn at random on March 20th, the date many regard as the first day of the new season.

Some terms and conditions do apply, including the fact that people must play either 75 or 90-ball bingo to qualify for the promotion.
