British actor James Redmond is set to show off his bingo skills live on Gala TV tomorrow evening (June 12th).

The 38-year-old star of soaps such as Hollyoaks and Casualty will join former EastEnder Chris Parker as a guest player on the channel’s Soap Star Bingo show.

"I’m a great fan of bingo. Gala TV uses some really cool graphics, making the show really modern and fun with the players involved all the time," he said.

"I’ve had experience of live TV before but this is totally different and I’m sure the show will be great, with Chris there to help me out."

Last week, it was the turn of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here contestant Joe Swash to try his luck at the game.

Before turning to acting, James made a career in modelling in the early 90s, working for the likes of Calvin Klein.
