Melinda Messenger, presenter of ITV's Bingo Night Live, has been visiting a fitness and posture expert to prepare for a photo shoot.
In preparation for her first lingerie shoot in eight years, Messenger has been to see Christian Platts, who is a professional in Myofascial Release based in Manchester, reports the Telegraph & Argus.
The mother of three has been using her free time while filming the show in Manchester to attend sessions to improve her figure.
She commented: "Christian's work really got me in shape and gave me a confidence in my body, and without him I wouldn't have got these results."
Mr Platt explained that she had sought out his expertise because she had "a few issues with her posture".
In related news, Jayne Sharp - one of Messenger's colleagues on the late-night bingo show - is soon to be married to Dave Vitty, otherwise known as Comedy Dave on Chris Moyles' Radio One show, reports the Manchester Evening News.
